A fresh three-piece rock outfit formed early this year by young Durham based guitarist and vocalist Michael Stott and drummer Fergus Hamill, the band Jam Tub began from humble beginnings, rehearsing non-stop for months before tackling the scene as a hard rock two-piece, garnering praise from venues and other bands across the North East. In late March they were joined by bassist Freddie Dobby who completed the lineup, playing bass and adding additional vocals. 

Since then the band have continued to perform in countless venues, getting the privilege to meet and support great local acts, as well as recently entering the recording studio to produce their first singles. Stylistically, the band combine influences from genres like blues, hard rock and punk as well as incorporating themes from bands such as Foo Fighters and many others all to deliver a high-energy show.
