Vice Killer is a four-piece alternative indie band from County-Durham, formed in July 2020. Consisting of Thomas Gilling lead vocals/guitar, James Langan lead guitarist, Jack Langan on bass and Lewis Muir on drums.
Vice Killer released their Debut single in December 2020 with ‘Commonplace’ and then their Debut EP in 2021 with ‘Alone, in This World’
With clever lyrics, smooth vocals, and catchy instrumentation, “Alone, in This World” creates an auditory aesthetic that screams, “Put on your leather jacket and your best pair of sunglasses. Let’s strut on down to the nearest smoky jazz bar and we can talk through our depression.” And honestly, what more could one want?”
In 2022 the band began their first headline shows since starting out, headlining a sold out show to Sunderland Independent January 29th, as well as local shows. They finished the year by selling out The Cluny Newcastle on 24th September. Vice Killer are now in the studio working on new material for 2023…
